Shipping within the U.S.
– All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
– We ship exclusively through FedEx.
– Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order is processed.
– Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number within a few days, please email us at info@kingtrends.net for support.
Refund Policy
We want you to love your Love Trends purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at info@kingtrends.net with the following:
* Your order number
* The product number(s) you wish to return
2. Our team will review your request and send you a refund request form to complete.
3. Once the form is completed, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed once the item(s) are received and inspected.
Please note: Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after the return is received.
